Polish SocaGoralczyk named as new Bytom coach by
Christopher MorganMonday, 13 December 2010BYTOM, Poland. Dec 13 (PSN) — Robert Goralczyk has become the new coach of Polonia Bytom - the club has announced.
Goralczyk last coached the Women's national team.
As a coach of the Ekstraklasa club, he replaces Jan Urban
Goralczyk is a licensed UEFA Pro coach, and graduated from AWF Katowice as a Master of Physical Education.
In the first half of 2008, Goralczyk had the opportunity to work as an assistant coach in Bytom to Michal Probierz. He then lead Przeboj Wolbrom for ten months.
The new Bytom boss has also
strong experience in futsal, where he coached
Jango Katowice and led the club to third place in the Polish futsal league and
won the Polish futsal Cup.
Over the past year and a half, Goralczyk was also the coach of the Women's Polish national team. His contract expires at the end of the year and will not be extended, thus allowing him to take command at the head coaching spot in Bytom.
