National Futsal Championship postponed

LAHORE: The inaugural National Futsal Championship has been postponed which was to be held at Liaquat Gymnasium Hall Islamabad from 21-25 December 2010.

"We are regretting to inform you that the subject championship has been postponed due to soccer event of 31st National Games which will be played from 25-29 December at Islamabad. The fresh dates will be announced later on," said Pakistan Football Federation (PFF)’s Secretary General Lt.Col (r) Ahmed Yar Khan Lodhi who added that PFF Futsal Committee met and discussed the organisation of the National Futsal Championship on an annual basis to boost the popularity of the sport in Pakistan.
