Futsal "Peace Team"
The Futsal "Peace Team" is a joint team of Palestinian and Israeli players who will play together in international tournaments in order to promote a message of peace and co-existence, and emphasize a peaceful alternative to the current reality. The team is currently on the brink of admission into the Israeli National Futsal League, whose games are covered by local media.
The team has embarked upon a professional training course, including weekly training sessions, two-days training camps, and two four-day training sessions and tournament in Turkey and Cyprus, almed at developing both their mini soccer skills and their interpersonal relationships. The camps also combined a mixture of practical and theoretical sessions, including icebreaking and conflict resolutions. We took great pride in our Peace Team when they won all of their matches against local teams.

Future Plans:
- Participate in the Israeli Professional Futsal League ideally by means of outside sponsorship currently being sought.
- Playing in more International Futsal Tournaments, thus spreading the message of peace and tolerance
- Extend the mini soccer activities to include developing youth capabilities
- Establish similar Peace Team in other Regions of conflict

From 17th to 19th of May Beer Sheva Futsal Peace Team will participate on Antwerpen Cup 2003 in Belgium

20th or 21th of May, Beer Sheva Futsal Peace Team will play a friendly Futsal game in Rome (Italy) against an Italian Serie A1 Futsal Team

24th of May they are going to play a friendly Futsal game in Rome (Italy) against Peace Team from Rwanda
