2011 Futsal Nationals - Canberra

Bayside residents, Paige Edwards and Maya Mackey recently competed in the 32nd Futsal Nationals, held in Canberra 10-14 January, 2011.

Both girls were part of the U11 Victorian girls team, coming runners up in the finals to NSW Thunder, who won 4-2.

Other Victorian teams making the finals this year included U12 girls, runners up to NSW Thunder and the U13 Victorian boys team winning their finals against Solomon Islands.
