Hoangjaeh Claims Victory In PTEM Futsal Tourney

Bandar Seri Begawan - Meragang Sixth Form Centre Student Council and Peers Support Group organised their very own futsal tournament led by their Head of Sports yesterday.

The tournament consisted of 12 teams, which were divided into Group A and B. The teams were Phantom 2.0, Hoangjaeh, Venom, Butterfly Unos, G-Three, G-One, Silver Lightning, One Love United, Titan Sr, Titan Jr, Young Wizard and Din dan Anak-Anak.

One of the tournament's main objectives was to enhance a stronger bond between the PTEM students, according to co-organiser, Mujaahidah Asmain.

The school's principal, Mdm Chong Li Chen expressed her appreciation towards the students nitiative in conducting such activities and hoped that more of such events would be held in the near future.

"Through this, students can all work well together and know each other better both in and outside school without neglecting their studies," added the principal.

Hoangjaeh bagged the first place and won $80 and certificates, while Butterfly Unos and Din dan Anak-Anak snatched the second and third place respectively. Ak Anaqi Sufi bin Pg Hj Omar Baki was awarded the top scorer of the tournament. The event as sponsored by Red Bull.
