Al Dyar’s Nevin Klib scored the historic first goal two minutes before the interval while her team-mate Walaa Hussein added a second four minutes after the restart to give the Bethlehem-based side a 2-0 victory.
Described by Palestinian Football Association President Jibril Rajoub as a “revolutionary step for women’s sport in Palestine’ the league will feature six teams,
