Azerbaijan’s futsal team beats Kazakhstan

The matches of the qualifier round of European championship-2012 in futsal started in the first group at the Baku Sport Palace yesterday.
The Azerbaijani team was playing the national team of Kazakhstan and gained an overwhelming victory 6:3.

The guests were first to open the score in the match. On the 9th minute Nicholai Kazakov scored a goal for Kazakhstan. But in a couple of minutes Serjao restored the balance. On the 14th minute Felipe again made the goalkeeper of the Kazakh team Grigoriy Shamro to capitulaye, while the end to the first time was put by Biro Jade who excelled on the 19th minute-3:1.

The Azerbaijani team started the second time also confidently. On the 27th minute Biro Jade, on the 32nd minute Felipe and on the 33rd minute Serjao brought the score in the match to 6:1. However, Kazakh team managed to score other goals. On the 35th minute Serik Zhamankulov and on the 40th minute Pavel Taku reduced the gap to 6:3.

In another match of the first round the working champions of Europe, Spaniards, gained an easy victory over France 4:0. Borcha opened the score on the 7th minute. In four minutes Alvaro made the score 2:0. Two more goals were scored in the second time with Fernandao (25th minute) and Fabian (29th minute) excelling.

The matches of the second round will be held today: Kazakhstan will play Spain and Azerbaijan will play France.

By results of the round contest the winner will have a right to play in the final stage of the European championship in Croatia. There is a good chance to reach Euro-2012 from the second place. For this purpose there is a need to have one of five best indicators among six national teams, taking the second places in their groups.
