Ukraine beat Turkey in UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 qualifying

Matchday 2 for the UEFA Futsal EURO 2012 qualifying round took place at the Lokomotiv Sports Palace in Kharkiv.

After their opening 4-3 win against fellow 2010 qualifiers Belgium in Group 5, Ukraine inflicted a crushing defeat on Turkey 12:2. Another game in Group 6 saw Belgium lost to Hungary 3:4. The fate of the second place in the group was decided on Sunday, February 27. Ukraine took the first position in the qualifying round having beaten Hungary with 4:1 score.
