Pega Star FT Futsal Tourney

Bandar Seri Begawan - Four groups consisting 20 teams will continue battling for second round spot (knockout stage) in the Pega Star FT Futsal championship 2011 at the Multipurpose Hall of Universiti Brunei Darussalam today.

Puspa United, Bersatu FT, Batrisya FT, MKJB and Shah United from Group G will play first from 8-10am while Tutong Hotspur, Najip FC, Rooster, Mixed Star and Stone Villa (Group H) will play next at 10.30am to 12.30pm.

The remaining two groups, Group I consisting of Kota Junior, Brunei Futsal Youth 2015, Vizarb FC, Small Blind and Our Team will start at 1pm to 3pm while Group J (Laila FC, FAM FT, Family Star, PHMJ FT and BIBD FT) will play from 3.30pm to 5.30pm.

Twelve teams from group A, B, C, D, E and F have already qualified for the knockout stage.

The top two teams from each group (A, B, C, D, E and F) are G.B.L.L, Venum FT, X-MSN, Riz Fiz, Black Meraup FT, Ultimate 5, JS FT, Goldenstar FT, Star Madang, Rescue 43 FT, Pegastar and Team 101.

The second round matches will also be played today followed by the final match.

Champion of the tournament will win $800 cash prize with a trophy and medals, while second and third place will be receiving $500 and $300 respectively including a trophy each and medals.

Fourth place will receive $100.
