BernamaFutsal: A Platform For Selangor Police To Be Closer To The PeopleMay 28, 2011The Selangor police will use make use of futsal to forge closer relations with the local community.
Selangor police chief Datuk Tun Hisan Tun Hamzah, when opening a futsal court at the police quarters at Section 9 here, believed that the facility would encourage members of the force to exercise by playing the game and lead a healthy lifestyle.
It would also help to produce more talents in futsal among policemen, he added.
At the function, Tun Hisan also presented prizes to the winner of the Selangor Police Futsal Championship.
The winner was the volunteer police team. They beat the team from the management department 1-0.
