Futsal Grand Finals set for Surrey

This weekend sees the six best Futsal teams in England head to Surrey to compete in The FA National Futsal League Grand Finals.

With the top two teams from the three regional Futsal Leagues all qualifiying for the Finals, it will be decided at the Surrey Sports Park in Guildford as to who can claim the bragging rights for 2011.

So far, Helvecia have been the unrivalled success story of the National Futsal League, winning the title in the first two years and they are back again to try and retain their crown again this year.

They are sure to face competiton though, with Manchester FC and Sheffield FC from the North League, Team United Birmingham FC and Chippenham FC from the Midlands League and FC Baltic from the Southern League joining London-based Helvecia in the Finals.

Group A sees Sheffield FC, Team United Birmingham and Baltic FC battle it out for a place in the Final, whilst Group B has teamed up Helvecia, Manchester FC and Chippenham.

Entry to watch the games is free and they start on Saturday 11 June between 10.30am and 9pm when there will be six back-to-back play-off matches. The full schedule is available by clicking here.

The Grand Final itself will then take place at 3pm on Sunday 12 June.
