15 coaches take part in futsal training course

FIFTEEN coaches attended the opening session of a futsal training course at the Bahrain Football Association's (BFA) premises in Riffa.

Coaches, representing different sports clubs, as well as administrators and beach soccer players are taking part in the first futsal course of the season which concludes tomorrow.

Among participants are former national team players like Mohammed Abdulrazzaq, Saleh Abdulhameed, Jamal Mohammed, Abdulla Mohammed, Mohammed Zuayyed and Adel Al Mazooqi.

Other coaches include Ahmed Mohammed, Bader Khalil, Mohammed Jameel, Adel Al Kooheji, Abdulrahman Al Khan and Khalid Abbas.

Former Bahrain beach soccer team's Brazilian coach Gustavo Zloccowick is conducting the sessions in association with BFA's futsal supervisor Aref Al Mannai.

The course is organised in co-operation with BFA's beach and futsal committee. It aims to further improve the skills and abilities of Bahrain's futsal coaches.

BFA's vice-president for technical affairs Shaikh Ali bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, who inaugurated the course, welcomed the participants and wished them progress.
