Perth Saltires set to host UEFA Futsal Cup

Perth Saltires will host one of seven preliminary rounds at the Bell’s Sports Centre in Perth this week in the UEFA Futsal Cup.

The Futsal club will represent Scotland at the event for the second year in a row and have been chosen by UEFA to host a preliminary round which will see FS Ilves Tampere of Finland, KMF Bajo Pivlhanin from Montenegro and German side SD Croatia Berlin take part in the mini-group from today until Wednesday.

The 2011/12 Futsal Cup features 49 clubs from 48 nations and will be the biggest in the competition’s history.

Monday 15 August
17.30 – FS Ilves Tampere v SD Croatia Berlin
20.00 – Perth Saltires v KMF Bajo Pivlhanin

Tuesday 16 August
17.30 – KMF Bajo Pivlhanin v FS Ilves Tampere
20.00 – Perth Saltires v SD Croatia Berlin

Wednesday 17 August
17.30 – SD Croatia Berlin v KMF Bajo Pivlhanin
20.00 – Perth Saltires v FS Ilves Tampere
