4th National Futsal Friendly Tournament

The Malta Futsal national team will be engaged in the 4th National Futsal Friendly Tournament between Sunday September 4 and Wednesday September 7.

Besides Malta, the other nations in this quadrangular event are Greece, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates.

National team coach Vic Hermans will be weighing up his options with regard to fielding his team in the stern tests against the Greeks, the Swiss and the UAE opposition. This tournament will be in preparation for the upcoming competitive matches Malta will be playing.

The tournament is being played at the Hibernians Pavilion, Corradino, where the Maltese public is expected to give support to our team.

The tournament director is Mark Borg and the progamme is as follows:

Sunday, September 4
1800h UAE vs. Greece
2000h Malta vs Switzerland

Monday, September 5
1800h UAE vs. Switzerland
2000h Malta vs. Greece

Wednesday, September 7
1800h Greece vs. Switzerland
2000h Malta vs. UAE
