Futsal Hanoi 2011 attracts three international teams

Uzbekistan, Qatar and China will be guests of the Futsal Hanoi 2011 tournament.

The three guest teams are highly appreciated. Uzbekistan ranked second and China ranked fourth at the Futsal Asia 2010. Qatar is in the top futsal teams of West Asia.

The Futsal Hanoi 2011 is considered a chance of practice for Vietnam before the Southeast Asian Games (SEA Games) 2011.

The Vietnamese national futsal squad, with Italian coach Sergio Gargelli, was the champion of the Hanoi Futsal 2010. The team ranked second at the Southeast Asia Futsal 2010.

The Vietnamese team is now drilling at Thanh Long Sports Center in HCM City, with 20 players.

The Hanoi Futsal 2011 will be held at the Quan Ngua Sports Palace in Hanoi, from October 7 to 9. Four teams will play in round robin to find out the champion.

The champion will have the cup and $5,000 in cash. The second and third teams will receive $3,000 and $1,000. The best player, the top scorer and the best goalkeeper will have $200 each.
