The AFC.comSecond defeat for debutantsTuesday, 15 November 2011Kuala Lumpur: The curtain came down on Mongolia's first participation in an international futsal event on Monday with a 3-0 defeat to Hong Kong in Group A of the 2012 AFC Futsal Championship - East Zone qualifiers but it was another creditable display from Ishdorj Otgonbayar's inexperienced side.
Yip Tsz Chun put Hong Kong one up after four minutes but the Mongolians, who lost 5-1 to Korea Republic in their international debut, held firm until four minutes into the second period when Wong Chun Lam doubled the former British colony's advantage.
Skipper Chu Kwok Leung sealed the win with two minutes left to play sending Hong Kong into a winner-takes-all decider with 1999 AFC Futsal Championship runners-up Korea Republic on Wednesday.
