Futsal 5-a-side heads to Mayaro

SW Touring will host its third sport signature event “SW Futsal Invitational -The Hattrick”— a 5-a-side indoor football tournament on Sunday at the Mayaro Indoor Sport Arena, from 9 am to 7 pm. Spectators will be treated to ten hours of football extravagance, where they will witness the best footballers from the southeastern region showcase their skill in the “smaller version of the game”.

Competition is open to all age groups. Sixteen teams will compete for over $15,000 in cash and prizes, SW Futsal Invitational Challenge Trophy, medals and bragging rights.

Other SW Futsal Invitational awards up for grabs include Runner’s Up and Third Place Trophies, Most Valuable Player, Golden Boot (Most Goals) and Golden Gloves (Best Goalkeeper). Other tournament attractions include the SW All Star Exhibition Match, Freestyle Ball Juggling by Kerron Forde, half-line shootout and obstacle competitions for spectators.
