Indoor futsal beginning in January

Indoor soccer is available for youth ages 5 to 18. Futsal is soccer played on a hard court surface marked by lines; walls or boards are not used. Futsal is also played with a smaller ball with less bounce than a regular soccer ball. Five athletes play on a court at a time with an average team size of seven players. Two 20-minute halves will be played with 15 minutes of practice before each game.

Registration is open through Jan. 7th. Games start Jan. 14 and go through March 3. All games will be played at Madison Junior High. Games will be played from 5 to 11 p.m. The younger teams will start first and the oldest players play last.

The cost is $40. It includes a personal futsal ball, eight games. The teams are small to ensure playing time.
