What a great news from Denmark, finally! It took a quite large time but finally everything seems to be ready for a Danish National Team. That's not a "rumor" but something officially recently stated on the DBU official web site!

As announced by Ole Ladefoged, chairman of the DBU Futsal Committee, after working with the FIFA version of futsal since 2006, DBU took the decision to introduce the new team in the national selections list. The Danish Futsal National Team would then make their debut in April in a friendly game against Germany (maybe an official debut for them as well? We'll see!).

While waiting for the Futsal-DM 2011/12 final four set to take place in Vejen (broadcasted live on Kanalsport!) on February 5th, this sounds as a magnificent news for futsal players and clubs all around Denmark: now there will be not only a place in UEFA Futsal Cup for the best club but also some "tickets" for the new born national team.
