US Futsal unveils official playing surface supplier

US Futsal, the US Soccer-sanctioned national governing body of futsal in the US, has announced Utah-based sports surfacing company Sport Court as its new official playing surface supplier.

Under the terms of the deal, Sport Court will provide high-performance surfaces to youth and adult competitions across the country.

John Parry, managing director of US Futsal, said simply: “When the official governing body of futsal needed a partner, we selected the best,” while Sport Court president and chief executive Ron Cerny added: “We are happy to support US Soccer’s efforts to support and grow futsal throughout the US.”

According to a release announcing the partnership, ‘Sport Court was also chosen by the Asian Football Confederation to supply the surfaces for their futsal championship, the largest futsal championship in the world.’
