One step away of winning this year’s championship title is Omonia. The green team started the play off matches winning away against SPE Strovolos with 6 goals to 2, needing to win the next match in order to secure the title. One of the best performers on the night, Konstantinos Antreou said to our reporter: ‘It was a tough win. After leading 2-0 we lost our concentration and our opponents managed to equalize easily. After that, thankfully we managed to play well again and perform according to our potential. It is very important to win against Parnassos next week. We want our supporters to come to the match and we will do anything it takes to win and celebrate with them. Three years ago we had a full house of three thousand supporters and this is what we are looking for’.
