The tournament is organized under the patronage of Futsal Committee of FA of Czech Republic chaired by President Mr. Otakar Mestek. UEFA is informed about the tournament. Fugas Mizuno Cup is one of the best futsal tournament relating quality and importance in the Czech Republic. Last year´s tournament finale was relayed live in national TV.
Many excellent teams from 12 countries took part in this tournament in past, f.e.: MNK Split 1700 (champion of Croatia), KMF Fontana Čačak (champion of Yugoslavia), SCL Leekster Eagles (Netherland), Calcetto Athina ´90 (champion of Greece), Sluč Rivne (Ukraine), Telecom Doneck (Ukraine), Paris futsal Armenienne (France), Kompred Tuzla (Bosna and Herzegovina), Jango Gliwice (Poland), Program Dubnica (champion of Slovakia), Slovak National team, Czech National team U-21. Also complete top teams from the Czech Republic as: Nejzbach Vysoké Mýto, Megas Frenštát, Cigi Caga Jistebník, Mikeska Ostrava (champions, participent Champions League), Viktoria Žižkov DFC (champion, semifinalist Champions League).

16.00 - 20.00, arrival of teams
10th January 2004:
08.15, presentation of teams
08.30, opening ceremony
09.00 - 19.00, qualification groups
11th January 2004:
09.00 - 14.15, play off matches
14.30, closing ceremony
Participants:
Invitation received: teams from Russia, Belgium, Netherlands, Italy, Spain, Croatia, Ukraine, Portugal, Hungary, France, Slovakia, Slovenia, Poland and Czech Republic.
Playing systém:
16 teams divided into 4 qualification groups (4 teams in each). First two teams from each group promote into play off matches.
Playing time:
2x20 min. rough time, break 5 min.
Referees:
International and 1st league referees appointed by Futsal Referees Committee of FA of Czech Republic.
Promoting criteria:
1. total number of points
2. mutual matches, resp. table from mutual matches in which decide: a/ number of points, b/ difference of score, c/ number of scored goals
3. difference of score from all matches
4. number of scored goals from all matches
5. draw
Rules:
oblige rules settled by FIFA organization.
Draw:
Will be in December 2003 in Prague at Football Association of Czech Republic and will be sent to each team together with programme of tournament.
Insurance:
Clubs or mother federations are responsible.
Start fee: 0
Prizes:
1st place: 1000,- EUR, cup and special prizes
2nd place: 500,- EUR, cup and special prizes
3rd place: 250,- EUR, cup and special prizes
4th place: cup and special prizes
The best shooter and goalkeeper will receive special prizes
Boarding and accomodation: boarding for 3 days

Accommodation:
a) *** hotel - double room with bath room, WC, TV and telephone
b) hostel - 1 room = 4 beds, WC and bath room.
Price of boarding and accommodation in the hotel ..... 70,- EUR per person / tournament.Price of boarding and accommodation in the hostel ... 55,- EUR per person / tournament.
