Star Africa2012 Futsal World Cup qualifiers: 13 African teams to competeThirteen African countries will take part in the qualifiers of the futsal world cup scheduled for Thailand November 1 to 18 2012.
These nations are Morocco, South Africa, Cameroon, Gabon, Guinea, Egypt, Libya, Mozambique, Nigeria, Sudan, Tunisia, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Because of the odd number of the team, a preliminary match will be played this weekend between Sudan and Zimbabwe in Harare.
Programme of the qualifiers: Away leg matches will be played April 6 to 8 while the return leg matches will be played April 20 to 22.
Second round: six qualified teams will play this round qualifiers scheduled for June 8 to 10(away leg) and June 22-24 (return leg).
Only three of these countries will represent Africa in the final phase.
