Gallore Buceros inks tie-up with Vikings Futsal

KUCHING: Sarawak football supporters group, Gallore Buceros, has appointed Vikings Futsal Malaysia as their official partner in managing the inaugural Gallore Buceros Futsal League.

“The league is aimed to strengthen ties between members of the group. Vikings Futsal will act as the tournament’s technical advisor. The league will also be conducted professionally complying with international futsal rules and standard,” informed Awang Zaifulizan Abdul Rahman of Gallore Buceros who added that the group is recognised by Football Association of Sarawak (FAS) as an official supporters group.

“We love football and are very passionate about it. Apart from being supporters to our beloved state team Sarawak, we also love to play the sport itself albeit indoors,” he added.

Four clubs will participate in the league’s inaugural season namely Gelora Jaya FC, Toopeymania, Persika FC and FC Tampurong.

“The MBKS Stadium has been selected as the tournament venue with matches in the league played once a month.

The league will be opened to members of the public next season.
