Afrique JetFutsal World cup playoffs: Libya-South Africa tie to be played on neutral venueTripoli, Libya - The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has decided that the Libya-South Africa Futsal World cup playoff, scheduled for 9 June, would be played on neutral ground, PANA learnt from the Libyan football federation here.
The Libyan football authorities had previously proposed the cities of Tripoli or Gharyane to host the match but CAF had indicated the match could take place in Tunisia.
The Futsal World Cup is due to be held in November in Thailand.
Futsal is a variant of association football that is played on a smaller pitch and mainly played indoors.
