Futsal National Team Look to Beef Up Preparations for the Second Leg

The South African Futsal National team will be looking to beef up preparations for the return leg FIFA Futsal World Cup qualifier after suffering a four-nil (4-0) defeat to Libya in the first leg qualifier played at the Halg Alwad Arena in Tunis on Saturday 09 June 2012.

The South Africans arrived from Tunisia on Monday (11 June) morning and will reassemble for camp on Sunday 17 June 2012 in preparation for the return leg qualifier to be played on Saturday 23 June 2012.

The SA Futsal National team coach, Quinton Allies feels the playm go downers put up a good fight against the Libyans but the players would need to put in more work as they prepare for the second leg.

"We played well against Libya, three of the goals scored against were simply defensive mistakes which we will need to work on going into the return leg." Said Allies.
