Futsal: Egypt qualifies for world cup by default

The Egypt national futsal team has automatically qualified for the 2012 world futsal cup to take place from the 1st to the 18th of November in Thailand

The Egypt national futsal team has automatically qualified for the 2012 world futsal cup to take place from the 1st to the 18th of November in Thailand. The Egyptians obtained the qualification after their counterparts Nigeria, forfeited their return leg qualifier for the world rendezvous. In the away leg, Nigeria fell to the futsal Zamalegs 2-8. The other last two nations to represent Africa in Thailand will be known after the confrontations between South Africa and Libya then Morocco Vs Mozambique. Morocco beat their counterparts in the first leg 6-2 while South Africa fell to Libya 0-4.
