 The Uefa decision to give match lost to Dinamo Moscow for the presence of the ineligible player Odair da Silva Junior "Pelè" during the game won over West Stars 11-2 was today made official so that all results and standing of first round are fixed.

"Nejzbach 'won' the first match 6-2 against Santa Coloma, only for the result to be changed to a 3-0 in the Andorran team's favour after UEFA ruled the Czech side had fielded an ineligible player, Frantisek Dvorak. A similar occurrence came after the second fixture, which saw InterKrAZ's 4-2 'victory' against Skopje changed to a 3-0 success once it was revealed that Skopje had played Branislav Trajkovski, despite him being suspended for the match."
The next round will take place between 15 and 21 March 2004. The group are formed as follows: Group A
