ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018

Dear sporting friends!

The INTERNATIONAL SPORT AGENCY «SPORT WITHOUT BORDERS» in
collaboration with the sport club «SOKIL» (Khmelnytskyi, Ukraine), the participant of futsal Championship of Ukraine among the teams of Extra-League, invite your teams to take part
in the international tournament of futsal «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018».

The tournament will take place in a period from 25 August to 02 September, 2018 in the modern sport hall of INTERSPORT ZELENA LAGUNA POREC, that is on territory of the unique natural complex Green Lagoon, in 5 kilometres from the city Porec, Croatia on the beach of the Adriatic sea.

The program of tournament will be divided into two parts:

- 25-30 August, 2018 (25 August - a day of arrival, 26-29 August - matches, 30 August a day of departure) - U - 17, U - 15, U - 13, U - 11, U - 9).;

- 30 August – 02 September, 2018 (30 August - a day of arrival, 31 August – 02 September - matches, 02 Septembers - a day of departure) is a tournament of the amateur and semi-professional teams of L+ and teams of veterans of V40+, V45+;

Details of the tournament:

- a tournament among youths and children is oriented to the sporting clubs, academies of futsal, futsal schools;

- in a tournament among youths and children in all age categories, teams will play net time. Every team guaranteed will conduct 4 games. Teams will play one game a day. Exceptions only can present the youngest age categories of U - 11 and U – 9;

- in a tournament among the amateur and semi-professional teams of L+ and teams of veterans of V40+, V45+, a format and time of matches will be determined depending on the amount of teams;


Conditions of participating in the tournament:

- The registration of participation in the international tournament of «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018» from a team is - 170€;

- Рarticipants package (residence and two meals a day like Swedish Table) of the
international tournament of «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS
CUP 2018» - U -17, U - 15, U - 13, U - 11, U - 9 is (5 nights, 6 days);

- Рarticipants package (residence and two meals a day like Swedish Table) of the international tournament of «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018» among the amateur and semi-professional teams of L+ and teams of veterans V40+, V45+ (3 nights, 4 days).

On an individual agreement with organizers, the term of staying can be prolonged. When there is a group with 20 persons at driving, so a trainer or accompanying person lives and feeds free of charge.

All participants of the international tournament «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018» are provided by two meals a day by the system Swedish Table (breakfast – 07.00 – 10.00 and supper -18.30 -21.00), that is included in the cost of the package. If you wish, you can additionally order dinner (from 12.00 -14.00 by the system the Swedish Table) - 9€ on a person.

For the participants of the international tournament «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018» - U-17, U-15, U-13, U-11, U-9, feeding begins with supper on 25 August and finishes with breakfast on 30 August.

For the participants of the international tournament «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018» among the amateur and semi-professional teams L+ and the teams of veterans V40+, V45+, feeding begins with supper on 30 August and finishes with breakfast on 02 September.

By previous agreement (for a day), it is possible to order a dried ration for the trip.

The package of participation teams includes:
- water during matches;
- photo and video albums for every team;
- organization of tournament;
- award attribute;
- a festive supper in a support of the tournament (for 2 persons from every team);
- diplomas for participation;
- free access to all events of the tournament;

To register a team for taking part in the international tournament of «ISTRIA FUTSAL MASTERS CUP 2018», you need to fill a registration form that can be downloaded on the official web-site of tournament http://istriafutsalmasterscup.com and send it on electronic address istriafutsalmasterscup@gmail.com. For confirmation of participation you must pay the cost of reserving in size of 300€ from a team till 01 June, 2018. Just payment will be completed, you will get confirmation of a registration. Payment of remaining sum must be executed till 01 August, 2018.
