Tehran , Dec 13 (Mehr News Agency) - Iranian futsal chief Sadeq Doroudgar was named as the vice-president of the Asian Futsal Committee Friday.

Nasser No-Amouz, a member of the Asian Football Confederation's Executive Committee, Saturday said the Iranian Futsal Federation head was offered the job in an AFC's summit on Dec. 12.

He added Doroudgar, who was a member of the Asian committee earlier was introduced as the new vice-president due to the solid reasons offered by the Iranian representative and status of the country's futsal in the continent and world.

Out of five Asian futsal editions, Iran has proved invincible by lifting all five trophies.
