Dear futsal friend,

I would like to invite your Futsal Team to participate in our fifth international Futsal tournament "The Dynamic Euro Cup 2004"
We will organize it in sports centre Alverberg in Hasselt during the Easter weekend on Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 April 2004! Sports centre Alverberg is situated in our beautiful province Limburg, at only 5 minutes away from the big motorway E313 (Antwerp-Liège). Take exit 27 Hasselt-West/biz and follow direction Hasselt centrum. It is very centrally situated at only 2 km from our beautiful provincial capital Hasselt, only at 70 km from Aachen (Germany) and only at 80 km from Antwerp and the Belgian capital Brussels. Sports centre the Alverberg in Hasselt is one of the biggest indoor sports centre’s from Belgium with +- 2500 seats.

The tournament will exist of 16 participating teams, divided into 4 groups of 4 clubs. Therefore, every participating team will play 3 group matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 1 and 2 of each group will go to the quarter finals of the Cup on Sunday and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. The numbers 3 and 4 of each group will go to the quarter finals of the Plate and play another 3 matches of 20 minutes. So, regardless of the result, every participating club will play a total of 6 matches! Because our tournament is an international futsal tournament, all groups will be divided in such a way that there are always 3 different nationalities in 1 group! So, a maximum of 4 teams from the same country will be allowed at our tournament! Immediately after the finals, every participating club will receive a cup, regardless of the result! And there are also cups for best player, best goalkeeper and the top scorer during the Cup competition as well as during the Plate competition! The participating countries of our 4 previous tournaments were Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, England, Wales, Czech Republic, Portugal, St-Helena Island and the National team from the Congo Africa. This time there is a big chance that some other nationalities will be represented at our 5th international futsal tournament so that it will be even more internationally tinted than our 4 previous tournaments.

If you are interested in participating in our 5th international futsal tournament, which we sincerely hope, then please fill in the entry form and send or e-mail it to us to the address below before 10 March 2004. As soon as we have your entry form, you are registered and we will send you a confirmation!
The participation is free of charge, you only have to pay a hotel the number of nights spent. If you wish, I can give you the necessary information about the hotels in Hasselt! We can also give you some tourist information about Hasselt, if you want to!

The participation on our tournament is free of charge, you only have to pay for the nights you spend over here.
You can book the hotel yourself or let us book the hotel !
The advantage if your book yourself, is that you only have to give your credit card number to the hotel and only need to pay at your arrival in the hotel.
If you want us to book the hotel for you , the hotel will ask us for a contact address under whose name the booking can be done! They also want an advance payment or a credit card number.
The advance payment is usually 25 € for each person.
If you wish that we book the hotel for your team please let me know and I will send you the bank number from,Futsal Club Dynamic.
If you wish I can send you an information guide about Hasselt and the hotels to your home address, please let me know. The teams can enter until 10 March 2004.
We would love to have you at our tournament! I hope to be hearing from you soon even if your answer is no.
Because we would like to announce the participation clubs during the second week of March.
Then we can send a match scheme to all teams where they can find all names of the opponents.
