Two Mexican referees will be International FIFA's referees in the year 2004. We're talking about Emilio Dongu Espinosa and
Eduardo Hernández Guzmán.

The Mexican Football Federation's president Alberto De la Torre, together with the Vice President Víctor Garcés Rojo and the general secretary Decio De Maria Serrano, went to this important cerimony with the Head of the Referees Committee Arturo Yamasaki.
