Dear Potential Futsal Referee,
Futsal NSW would like to extend this opportunity of inviting any interested persons to sit the next Futsal Referee’s course being conducted at the Fivedock Leisure Centre, Cnr Williams and Queens Streets, Fivedock.
Futsal, five-a-side, indoor soccer is a fast non contact sport played by both male and female of all ages in the comfort of indoor conditions throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
The dates and times for the course are as follows:
Monday 29th, Tuesday 30th March 2004 & Monday 5th, Tuesday 6th April 2004 : 7pm – 9.30pm each night.
Refereeing is for anyone over the age of 14. Also ideal for: outdoor soccer referee’s who are bored and need to referee, for teachers in training or to gain extra qualifications, for students studying in sport administration, for players, coaches and parents, to learn the finer points of the game or for anyone who wants to earn extra pocket money.
Futsal NSW will provide the potential Referee with all the necessary documentation for you to successfully complete the training course, including a copy of FIFA’s officials Laws of the game and on completion of the course a certificate of accreditation, Futsal Referee’s badge and disciplinary cards set.
The Referee’s training course is conducted by experienced lecturers in the Laws of the game for Futsal. In addition to approved lectures 3 are International FIFA Futsal Referee’s. The course will provide you with at least 8 hours of lectures on the laws of the game including the examination on the fourth night and two hours of on court training at a location near you with our experienced active Futsal Referee's.
The course fee is $55.00. Please make cheque or money orders payable to: Futsal NSW and return payment care of Futsal NSW, P.O. Box 348 Concord, NSW, 2137 prior to 5pm close of business 26th March 2004.
Please ensure that the completed referee’s course registration form found in the library section on the website of www.nswfutsal.com.au is attached with payment and sent to Futsal NSW.
