25/02/2004 Interviu is still the dream team
A great Boomerang Interviu won the first edition of the Taça Ibérica played in Loures this evening. Even if against 2.500 portuguese fans, in the Pavilhão Paz e Amizade in Loures, Boomerang showed itself as the real dream team. It's the second title for Boomerang in this season, before the Supercup won in Santiago de Compostela against El Pozo Murcia, and this victory allowed the Linares brothers, Andreu and Joan, to celebrate in the best way their 29th birthday. Just a curious (or unbelievable?) note: many of Benfica's players ( like Majo, Ricardinho, Lukaian, Zè Maria, Ruizinho) played in the same days the match against Coimbrões valid for the 17th round of the Portuguese Premiere League, due to the missing agreement between Benfica and Coimbrões on a new date for the match!
