As many of you may know, Provo Futsal League President, Marcelo Paz, is a member of the "I want Olympic Futsal" commission and a member of the Paulista Federation in Sao Paulo, Brazil (www.futsal.com.br). The Paulista Federation embarked on a signature campaign about one year ago to get the signatures of Futsal supporters from around the world.

Their efforts are in an attempt to convince the International Olympic Committee that the sport of Futsal, that has been played since 1930's, and that is now played internationally at all levels has every right to be included as an officially recognized Olympic event.
