The United States Olympic Futsal (USOF) has received word from Keith J. Thibault, Director of Television Services of Fall River Community Television that we have been given permission to begin taping USOF sponsored league games, training and events for a televised Futsal program that will air on Fall River Community Cable Television (FRCTV) in Fall River, Massachusetts beginning in April 2004.
United State Olympic Futsal has been established as a not-for-profit entity with it's base of operation in Massachusetts and has as its mission to help promote the sport of Futsal by, in part, underwriting youth league development within the United States, coordinating proper coaching, refereeing and player instructions, and to assist in the world-wide efforts already well underway by, and in concert with, the FEDERAÇÃO PAULISTA to promote the sport of Futsal as an officially recognized Olympic event.
