Romanian league is over

As we announced past week FC Bodu Bucuresti is the new Romanian Champion. ( Click here to read that news!). On sunday 20/03/2004 was played the last round of the 2003/2004 season.
Ion Al-Ioani (Pandurii Tg.Jiu) was the Romanian top scorer with 40 goals scored, while Endre Kacso (Transilvania Tg.Mures) scored 35 times. Until now no teams are relegated in Second Division. In the next season Romanian Premiere league will have 14 teams. Teams from first position to 10th place are already qualified for the Premiere League 2004/2005. Futsal Arad (11th place) and Moldocor Piatra Neamt (12th place) will play Sunday in Odorheiu Secuiesc against CS3 Bucuresti (3th place in Second League) and Contorex Cluj (4th place in Second League). Also, the first two places from Second League (Eurolines Bucuresti and TC Ploiesti) will play next season in Premiere League.
Today there is a meeting at Romanian Federation where there will be draw of the games that decide the last two teams that will play in Premiere League.
In addition will be decided how will be played Romanian Futsal Cup.
