Futsal Notice from USOF

04/04/2004 - The United States Olympic Futsal (USOF) received word today from the Paulista Futsal Federation of their great success on March 3rd's Agita Mundo e Futsal Olimpico (Get Fit World & Olympic Futsal) event Thousands of people got "busy" in Sao Paulo, Brazil in support of the campaings "Get Fit World" and "I want Olympic Futsal" on Paulista Ave and the Lbirapuera Park.

United States Olympic Futsal has been established as a not-for-profit entity with it's base of operation in Massachusetts, USA and has as its mission to help promote the sport of Futsal by, in part, underwriting youth league development within the United States, coordinating proper coaching, refereeing and player instructions, and to assist in the world-wide efforts already well underway by, and in concert with, the FEDERAÇÃO PAULISTA to promote the sport of Futsal as an officially recognized Olympic event. The USOF is actively seeking individual and corporate sponsorships, grants, or equipment and supply donations from major futsal equipment suppliers and manufacturers that can be in turn donated to help with the start up of bonafide youth futsal leagues throughout the United States.
