Lzcio the man for Action Action 21 Charleroi were 7-5 winners over CSV MontageBudapest FC in a thrilling twelve-goal encounter inthe UEFA Futsal Cup in Lisbon.
Lzcio double It was a match for attackers with the forward play from both sides dominating at the expense of defensive skill. Star of the show for Belgian club Action was Lzcio Rosa. The 26-year-old Brazilian scored twice and was a constant menace to the Hungarian side, who had less of the play but took what chances they managed to create.
Level at the break However, victory was never quite clear-cut against an enthusiastic Budapest team. Just before the break, Action had a two-goal lead only to allow their opponents to level the score in the last two minutes of the half to make it 2-2 at the interval.
Late drama Budapest then scored twice more to seemingly take command of the match. However, Action battled back and Lzcio and Pedro Medina drew the Belgian club level. Lzcio then scored his second to put the Belgian team back in front and when Mohamed Boukamir scored a sixth it all seemed over. However Janos Madarasz, with his second of the match, pulled Budapest back into the game to leave the score at 6-5 with two minutes remaining. The next goal was crucial but it was Action who secured the victory, Medina adding his second of the game.
'Nothing to lose' Medina, one of Actions two-goal heroes, was pleased with the way the team battled back in the later stages. "We had nothing to lose at 4-2," he said. "It was not a very good situation but we believed in ourselves and I think we deserved to win at the end." Madarasz, who also scored twice, was understandably less happy. "I am very disappointed. I scored two goals but we still lost the match."

Castellsn cruise to victory Playas de Castellsn F.S. issued a warning to the seven other UEFA Futsal Cup hopefuls with a devastating 9-0 victory over Clearex-Chorzsw.
Cruise control The Spanish team were the favourites before the competition began at the Pavilhco Atlbntico in Lisbon on Monday and left the rest of the competition in no doubt over their ability after their opening Group B fixture. Chorzsw held their opponents at bay for nine minutes but Brazilian international Vander Carioca then scored twice in two minutes and Castellsn were in cruise control. Vander finished up with a hat-trick while team-mate Juan went one better with four.
'A good victory' Juan was delighted with the win, but not just from a personal point of view. "All of us played a great game. We had respect for the opposition and it was a good victory with a lot of goals." He added that he was pleased to be playing in the first UEFA Futsal Cup. "The organisation is very good and we are happy about the result."
Sublime move Vanders second was a sublime move and epitomised everything about his teams play. Castellsn captain Lorente burst down the left leaving defenders trailing in his wake and crossed the ball for Vander to finish with style on the volley. Juan then added two more before Javi Sanchez made it five just before the break with a delicate chip after strolling past the Polish team's defence.
Rasping drive To their credit, Chorzsw refused to give up but they had no answer to Vander. He completed his hat-trick just after half-time and was quickly followed by Alemao, who hit a rasping drive after an excellent passing move. Tomasz Szeja came closest to a consolation for the Polish side but lifted his shot over after a strong burst through the middle midway through the second half. There was still time for Juan to add his third and fourth goals for a comprehensive victory.
