Konica Gunners Futsal Club reached the quarter final of the Maltese Futsal Cup organised by the Malta Football Association. Konica Gunners, third division champion that has some ex Maltese National team football players, won against last year's Cup Champions and First Division Champions in this season, RBSM (Russian Boarding School Malta) with the score of 4-2. First half ended on 1-1 after a late goal by Konica Gunners. The spectators present definitely saw some top performance in the second half, after both teams were struggling to find the the victory.
