During the month of May the Organization Panathlon Ribeirao Preto - Sao Paulo, Brazil presented a letter, which gives its support for the Olympic Futsal Campaign. This letter includes also the partnership between the Panathlon International and the Olympic Futsal Campaign.

During the month of April the Organization Agita Sao Paulo, the Health department of Sao Paulo State, met with Sao Paulo Panathlon Club at Esperia Club to discuss topics of interest to both groups. The Sao Paulo Futsal Federation presented the Olympic Futsal Campaign to accomplish their dream of making Futsal an Olympic sport.

Many representatives of panathletas were in attendance. President Luiz Baccala, of Sao Paulo Brazil made his support for the Olympic Futsal Campaign apparent by saying, "I want Olympic Futsal".

The Panathlon Club of Ribeirao Preto, through its president, Cesar Frederico Capatto, and his direct Council, have already given their support and offered to partner with the Olympic futsal Campaign.

In consideration of the huge number of futsal players around the world, which involves children, youth, and adults from each quadrant of the world; Futsal is working to increase the value of "FAIR PLAY' in both tournaments and Leagues. As a result of the development of the world futsal campaign already there have been great achievements in the world of Fustal. Please see attached bulletins 1 to 5 and the respective Web Site, witch has received millions of people. In conclusion futsal is well supported by Panathlon International program by their use of Futsal in activities by children, youth and adults. Therefore I am recommending that you bring this valuable issue to the International Panathlon Organization President in order to obtain a world partnership in favor of the Olympic Futsal Campaign.

I also Recommend that the Central Council aprove the article above, and advocate to all Panathlon clubs from all districts, multi-districts, and that they publish the Olympic Futsal Web site www.futsalolimpico.com.br in the Panathlon Magazine

Please, I ask my counselor and governor friends to start the advertisement of the Olympic Futsal Campaign all around the world and to begin collaborating with sports organizations from their respective territories to accomplish this dream of all Futsal players, which is to make Futsal part of the Olympic Summer Games.
