According to the Alejandro Alcazar's web page, FIFA asked to RFEF the contract signed by Adriano Foglia with Mostoles, at the end of the season 2002/2003. Foglia, who never travelled towards Madrid, played for Arzignano in this season. This situation is similar to the one which happened between Playas de Castellon and Erregi Travel perugia for the Brazilian player Simi.
It seems that the Spanish team URJC Mostoles, that sent to FIFA the contract signed by Adriano Foglia, is again interested in the Brazilian player, European champion with the Italian National team. If FIFA agree with the Mostoles request, Arzignano should pay the clause of rescission (90.000 €) or could punish the player with a suspension of one or two years.
