Carlos Sanchez, former player and current coach of Polaris World Cartagena renewed his agreement for two years more with the division de Honor club. In the agreement signed by the Spanish club and Carlos Sanchez there is also the option for a third season together. Carlos Sanchez is the Cartagena's coach since the end of season 2002/2003: he replaced the Brazilian Danilo Martins during the Ascenso Play Off series against Levitt Las Rozas, obtaining to stay in Division De Honor.
Polaris World Cartagena, therefore, keep on working for a dream team in the next season, after the signings of Marcelo and Jordi Sanchez (both from Marfil Santa Coloma) and the agreement with the Brazilian pivot Leandro Simi (Erregi Travel Perugia, Italian league).

In addition many players renewed their contracts with the club:

Indio (until season 2006/2007)
Fran Torres (until season 2004/2005)
David Marin (until season 2005/2006)
Javi Matia (until season 2006/2007)
Sergio (until season 2005/2006)

On the other hand players like Fer, Isi, Juanjo and Francis will probably leave Cartagena.
