Due to a victory in the second final, Universidad Autonoma de Asuncion won the Paraguayan Division De Honor, ended last sunday in Asuncion. After a draw in the first match, the "University" team managed to defeat Deportivo Recoleta in the second game, winning the cup "Dr. Nicolas Leoz". Edgar Correa (Deportivo Recoleta) was the best scorer of the league with 31 goals.
