This is definitely not a good news for the Czech National team coach Michal Striz. One of the best Czech and European player, Roman Mares, current player of the Russian club Dina Moscow, has announced that, for personal reasons, he will not take part in the next World Championship to be played in Chinese Taipei on next November.

Mares, who recently renewed his contract with Dina Moscow until the end of the next season, will not leave, anyway, the national team: he expressed his willing to take part in the European Championship to be played in Ostrava (Czech Republic) on February 2005.
