The Fabrizio Correra & Partners filed a charge to FIFA against Marcello Gentile, president of the Italian club of second division Napoli Leghe Leggere.

The charge is about the position of two Brazilian players represented by Fabrizio Correra and his company: Willian da Silva Lobo and Alvarindo Pereira de Souza.

The players were left without an home and with no financial support since last February. In spite of this bad situation, they kept on playing for the Italian club Napoli Leghe Leggere, winning the Italian title for Under 18 selections.

At the beginning of the current season the Fabrizio Correra & Parners asked for a meeting with the staff of Napoli Leghe Leggere, to decide the future of both players, who have no intention to play again for this club. There was no answer from the club.

After that, Fabrizio Correra called for help of the Italian Futsal Committee president Fabrizio Tonelli, with no answer also in this case.

For these reasons was filed the charge to FIFA, also becouse there was no financial agreement signed in the Italian Federation, so that the Fabrizio Correra & Partners consider that the players are victims of a bad behaviour, especially becouse talking about non-professional players.

LA FABRIZIO CORRERA & Partners presenta denuncia alla FIFA contro il Presidente del Napoli Leghe Leggere

La Fabrizio Correra & Partners, che rappresenta in Europa gli atleti Willian da Silva Lobo e Alvarindo Pereira de Souza, ha preso la decisione di denunciare alla FIFA il comportamento del Presidente del Napoli Leghe Leggere.
I due giocatori sono stati privati di una residenza e di qualsiasi forma di sostentamento a partire dal mese di Febbraio, ma nonostante ciò hanno continuato ad offrire le proprie prestazioni sportive, laureandosi Campioni d’Italia U18.
All’inizio della presente stagione sportiva la Fabrizio Correra & Partners ha chiesto un incontro con la dirigenza per chiarire il futuro dei due atleti che hanno mostrato l’intenzione di non voler restare con il Napoli Leghe Leggere.Non c’è stata data risposta
Abbiamo chiesto un intervento del Presidente della Divisione Fabrizio Tonelli , ma anche in questo caso abbiamo raccolto...il silenzio.

Riteniamo necessario quindi avanzare formale denuncia alla FIFA in virtù anche del fatto che non esiste un accordo economico depositato in Federazione e che sembra evidente che i due giocatori sono vittima di un comportamento deplorevole considerato che parliamo di dilettanti.
