The new Romanian first division 2004/2005 will start on next September 5th. Fourteen teams will be involved in the regular season, while only the best six will take part in the play off series to decide the new Romanian Champion. An interesting news come from Transilvania Tg. Mures, that in the past season reached the cup final. The Romanian club has two Portugal coaches: Artur Fernando dos Santos Melo and Pedro Miguel Marques de Azevedo. They will train Transilvania Tg. Mures team for the current season.

Mr. Melo already trained this team in the previous season, helping the team in reaching the Cup Final. This was the main reason why the managers of Romanian team, Mr. Teodor Luca and Mr.Dan Teban, decided to sign a contract with the Portuguese coaches.
