The first Italian title of the season went to Arzignano Grifo, Italian champion 2003/2004. The Supercup 2004/2005 final was a thrilling match since the beginning. Even if almost totally renewed, the Velasco's team showed its usual great futsal, playing better than Arzignano in the greatest part of the match. Besides, the Brazilian goalkeeper Alexandre saved a lot of Arzignano attempts, but was beaten in the last minute of the second extra time by his colleague Caio with a great goal. The penalty series awarded Arzignano, due to the decisive mistake by Alex.
