After the second round of the Portuguese Premiere League 2004/2005 there is only a team on the top of the table: Sporting de Pombal. The result is still provisional becouse Benfica has to play both matches against Sporting CP (the great derby is scheduled for September 9th) and Freixieiro (22/9/04). In the most interesting match of the second round Fundação Jorge Antunes and Boavista obtained a tie, due to the "double" scored by Côco (FJA) and Rogerio Geitoeira (Boavista).
