2. Singapore for Hyundai 5's team

Campbelltown City Quake's six-man team have qualified for the Asia/Pacific regional titles of the Hyundai 5-a-side World Cup. Scott Gilligan's team of Ben Singleton, Scott Kidson, Simon Keith, Lester Lobo, Jeremy Callaghan and Adam MacNaughton finished 3rd in the National finals and will fly to Singapore on April 19th for the tournament the following day. 3. New Competitions

With only the formalities to be confirmed, The Quake will be looking to start up competition again in the first week of April 2002. Alive Sports will hold junior age category competitions as well as open men, women and mixed. The women's comp will be held on Tuesday night, Mixed on Wednesday and Men's on Friday night. The aim is to hold 6 team competitions that break for all school holidays.

There is nothing like a guaranteed outdoor training night during these unpredictable autumn and winter months. There is no better way to improve your outdoor than through 5-a-side. Competition fees will be $70 per player for juniors and $100 per player for seniors. This is a one-time payment that covers all fees for the season. New players will also need to register at $35 for juniors and $50 for seniors. This registration lasts for 1 year. To register e-mail:

4. Web Developments

Regular visitors to www.quakefutsal.com.au may have noticed some small changes taking place recently. Quake Futsal On-line is slowly getting more content after the major facelift in September '01. The whole presentation of the site is aimed at helping the club to add another aspect of value for potential sponsors for the 2002/03 season.

It is also hoped that the changes also give the club a better public "face" and can help our members to keep up with all of the latest news, events and information. Comments and feedback are a vital part of this process but there seems to be very little feedback coming via e-mail. mailto:feedback@quakefutsal.com.au is the place to send all of your comments. The best improvement idea in March will receive a Quake T-shirt.

5. Rumours
